This policy explains what personal information Royal Power Tyres collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to everything at this domain.

- Account details — your name, mobile number and email address when you register or place an order.
- Delivery details — the address, emirate and map location you give us so we can deliver or send a fitting van, and the make and model of the car the tires are for.
- Order details — what you bought, when, and the amount paid.
- Payment details — card payments are processed by our payment provider. We receive a confirmation and the last digits of the card; we never see or store the full card number.
- Technical details — your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, collected through cookies. See our cookie policy.
Why we use it
- To take, deliver, fit and invoice your order, and to reach you about it.
- To verify your mobile number by one-time code when you sign in.
- To handle warranty claims, returns and refunds.
- To keep the site secure and to detect fraudulent orders.
- To send you offers, if you have asked for them. Every message we send has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is needed with the parties that make your order happen: our payment providers, the courier or fitting team delivering to you, and the service providers that host this site and send our messages. Where a supplier is outside the UAE, we require them to protect your data to the standard set out here.
We also share information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires. Account details are kept while your account is open. Anything else is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for.
How we protect it
The site runs over an encrypted connection, access to customer data inside the company is limited to the staff who need it, and payment card details never reach our systems.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to sales@royalpowertyres.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also edit your own details at any time from your account page.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
