These terms govern your use of this website and every order you place on it. By ordering you accept them, so please read them first.
Who you are buying from
This site is operated by [Registered company name], trade licence [Trade licence number], registered at [Street address, area, emirate, United Arab Emirates] — referred to below as “we”, “us” and “Royal Power Tyres”.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract only when we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. We may decline an order — and refund it in full — if the tires are out of stock, if the price or specification shown was wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Some tires are sold only in pairs or in full sets of four. Where that applies it is shown on the product before you add it to the cart.
Large orders may be routed to a quotation instead of an online checkout. A member of our team will price them and come back to you.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at the rate in force in the UAE, unless stated otherwise on the page.
- The total you approve at checkout is the total you pay. Delivery and fitting charges, where they apply, are shown before payment.
- We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.
- Your card is charged when the order is confirmed. If a payment is declined or reversed we may cancel the order.
Delivery and fitting
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times, charges and the fitting-van booking are set out in our delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an order and to return tires, and how refunds are paid, are set out in our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Warranty
Tires carry the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. What is covered, and how to claim, is set out in our warranty policy.
Your account
You are responsible for the details you give us and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it. We may suspend an account used for fraud or abuse.
Product information
We describe every tire — size, load and speed rating, pattern and manufacturing date — as accurately as we can, and photographs are for illustration. Fitting the correct size for your vehicle is your responsibility; ask us if you are unsure, and check the size printed on your current tires or in your vehicle handbook before ordering.
Our liability
We are responsible for delivering the tires you ordered, in the condition described. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect fitting by a third party, under-inflation, overloading, misuse, or normal wear. Nothing here limits any liability that UAE law does not allow us to limit.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, images, logos and layout — belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission. Brand names and tire patterns are the property of their manufacturers.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of [Emirate] have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
