Warranty Policy

Last updated 21/09/2026

Every tire we sell carries its manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects. We handle the claim with the manufacturer for you.

What is covered

Defects in the materials or the workmanship of the tire — a separation, a bulge that is not the result of an impact, or a failure that the manufacturer's inspection attributes to how the tire was made. The warranty period for each tire is shown on its product page and runs from the date of purchase.

What is not covered

  • Punctures, cuts and impact damage from potholes, kerbs or road debris.
  • Wear — a tire worn to its tread-wear indicators has reached the end of its life.
  • Damage from under- or over-inflation, overloading, wheel misalignment, or a mechanical fault in the vehicle.
  • Damage from racing, off-road use the tire was not built for, or fitting by an unqualified party.
  • Tires with a removed or unreadable serial number, and tires repaired outside the manufacturer's standards.

How to claim

Contact us with your order number and photographs of the tire, including the sidewall markings. We will arrange an inspection — usually at one of our locations or through the fitting van. If the manufacturer accepts the claim, the tire is replaced or credited on a pro-rata basis according to the tread remaining, as that manufacturer's warranty provides.

Keeping the warranty valid

Keep your invoice, keep the tires inflated to the pressure in your vehicle handbook, rotate them as the manufacturer recommends, and have the vehicle's alignment checked when new tires are fitted.
