This page explains where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs and how the fitting van works.
Where we deliver
We deliver anywhere in the United Arab Emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. We do not ship outside the UAE.
How long it takes
- Orders placed before [4:00 PM] on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman: [1–2] working days.
- Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: [2–3] working days.
- Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays are not working days.
If anything is going to take longer than this — a size we have to bring in, for example — we will tell you before we take the order.
Delivery charges
Delivery is [free on orders over AED 000; otherwise AED 00 per order]. Whatever applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
Fitting at your address
Our mobile fitting van can come to you. Choose the fitting option during checkout, pick an emirate and a time slot, and the van will arrive within that window. Please make sure the vehicle is accessible and that someone with the keys is there.
Fitting includes mounting, balancing and disposal of the old tires. Valves, alignment and any other work are charged separately and quoted before it is done.
On the day
- We will call or message the number on the order before we arrive.
- Someone must be at the address to receive the tires and sign for them.
- If nobody is there, we will try once more; a third attempt may be charged.
Checking your delivery
Please check the tires when they arrive — size, quantity and condition. Tell us within 48 hours if anything is wrong; see our refund & cancellation policy.
