We want you on the right tires. If something is wrong with your order, this page explains how to cancel it, how to return it, and when you get your money back.
Cancelling an order
- Before the order has been dispatched you can cancel it in full, free of charge, by calling or messaging us.
- Once it is out for delivery or the fitting van is on its way, cancellation is treated as a return.
- If we cancel an order — because the tires turned out to be unavailable, or a payment could not be verified — you are refunded in full.
Returning tires
You can return tires within [7] days of delivery, provided they are:
- unfitted and unused — a tire that has been mounted on a rim or driven on cannot be returned;
- in their original condition, with all labels and stickers still on them;
- accompanied by the invoice or order number.
Tires ordered to a size or specification you asked for specially, and tires damaged after delivery, cannot be returned.
Wrong, damaged or faulty tires
If we delivered the wrong item, or a tire arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photograph. We collect it and replace it at our cost, or refund it in full — your choice. A tire that develops a manufacturing defect after fitting is handled under our warranty policy instead.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or email sales@royalpowertyres.com with your order number and what is wrong. We will confirm the return and arrange collection. Please do not send anything back before we have confirmed it.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method — a card refund goes back to the same card. We cannot refund to a different card or account.
- We process the refund within [7] working days of receiving the returned tires and checking their condition. Your bank may take a further [5–10] working days to show it.
- Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to an account in the buyer's name.
- Where a return is not caused by our error, a collection charge of [AED 00] and any fitting already carried out may be deducted.
